1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Convey ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Service

Convey provides a platform for creating and managing conversational forms. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Convey and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Convey offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to our Pro plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service.

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 forms and 100 responses per month
• Pro Plan: Unlimited forms and 2,500 responses per month for $39/month

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

7. Billing and Cancellation

All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for subscription fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees upon 30 days notice. Such notice may be provided through email or by posting the changes on our Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Convey, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
